Dear Esteemed Members,
As I reflect upon CECL’s journey, with a sense of pride and gratitude I recount the humble beginnings of our beloved club. During a crisp winter evening in December 2018, where a group of determined corporate executives fueled by the shared vision of establishing a platform exclusively for Bangladesh's Corporate Executives. Thus, began our spirited odyssey, laying the foundation for what would become the country's first-ever social club for "corporate executives".
After fulfilling regulatory formalities, we started our journey as "CORPORATE EXECUTIVE CLUB LTD" (CECL), in our first venue at Baridhara Diplomatic Zone on 13th July 2019. This was only possible from enthusiastic support by each of you while creating the fund & supports to get regulatory approvals done.
Our journey came with a twist- as you are all aware, we had to discontinue our club operations suddenly due to an unforeseen incident, at the same time "Covid 19" hit us hard, and we had to suspend overall club activities for an indefinite period of time, but we never lost the hope & passion to restart CECL, the club that we all built brick by brick. With that determination, we have resumed our journey in new premises on 16th December 2020.
Yes - we are progressing! Affiliations with other social clubs, partnering with different institutions from where members could be benefited, and we have many other plans in the coming days.
We have made significant marks in the Sports arena— snatching titles in various sports tournaments. Being a responsible club, we have also contributed our absolute best to donate in various social causes.
Furthermore, while our Restaurant food has won over most of your hearts, we continue with adding more food items according to our kitchens’ capacity.
We aim to to better in terms of activities that will engage our members, as it is our priority. You shall see that we have many exciting events planned in the coming days. Thank you for your active participation in the “CECL Family Day out 2024" and making it successful.
